Bundles: Items inside a “Dope Uncle Kit” are sold as a unit. We do not offer individual item returns for bundled products unless the specific item is defective.

Dope Uncle sells tools and multipurpose knives intended for utility, camping, and culinary use only.

Seizure: We are not liable for items seized by international customs authorities due to local restrictions on knives or metal tools. Please check your local laws before ordering.
5. Payments and Billing

Non-Personalized Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Personalized/Customized Items: Items that have been laser-engraved or personalized are Non-Refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
